Responsibilities
- Excavate, load, and unload construction materials using hand/power tools
- Erect scaffolding and temporary structures under supervision
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, concrete saws)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and dispose of debris
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and wear PPE at all times
- Assist skilled tradespersons with site preparation tasks
- Complete daily timesheets for immediate compensation
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 50+ lbs)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
