Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various onsite tasks and projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Perform general site cleanup and assist with trenching or excavation activities.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physical environments.
- Must possess the physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform manual labor.
- Willingness to learn and follow strict safety instructions.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not always required for Entry Level positions.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
