Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper certification
- Construct foundations, scaffolding, and temporary structures
- Install/demolish materials following blueprints and safety protocols
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and welders
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Flexibility to travel to Texas project sites
