Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure project efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor and lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Experience in construction labor is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if needed.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for safety instructions.
