Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist in trenching, excavation, and concrete pouring as needed
- Maintain organized and hazard-free work environments
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic tool handling experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
