Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely for cutting, drilling, and demolition work
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material installation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and enforce OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications
- Load/unload construction materials using proper lifting techniques
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
