Responsibilities
- Perform general construction duties including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and levels, safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand basic blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols strictly.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to work.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
