Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of construction projects, including demolition, renovation, and new builds.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and hauling materials.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50+ lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not always required for entry-level labor).
