Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently and safely.
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks to ensure project timelines are met.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools and machinery clean and in good working order at the end of each shift.
- Site Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and organized work area by sweeping, cleaning debris, and removing trash.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in construction or labor work is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
