Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks including digging, mixing concrete, and loading/unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, carpentry, and rough-ins.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for 8+ hours a day in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety gear is a plus.
