Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, trenching, and leveling the ground.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Keep the work site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) as needed.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as carrying lumber, concrete, and debris.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor (ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly).
- Willingness to learn and work in various weather conditions (heat/rain).
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- No prior construction experience required; we will train the right candidate!
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
