Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and transport them to designated areas
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the workday
- Support skilled trades with basic tasks like mixing materials and digging trenches
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and report malfunctions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring materials
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites
