- Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery when certified.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA preferred).
- Reliable transportation to the job site daily.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
