Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and general laborers) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all site safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting heavy objects, and assisting with framing or site preparation.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor for extended shifts outdoors.
- Previous experience in construction is a plus but is not strictly required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adhere to a schedule.
