As a Laborer, you will be the backbone of our operations, working alongside skilled tradespeople to ensure our projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Material Management: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on the job site.
- Site Support: Assist with digging, leveling, and preparing areas for foundation pouring or flooring installation.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand tools (hammers, saws) and power tools under direct supervision.
- Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Assistance: Provide general support to carpenters, masons, and electricians as directed by the site supervisor.
- Transportation: Help move heavy materials and equipment between storage areas and the work zone.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Prior construction labor experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and committed to showing up on time.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal instructions clearly and communicate effectively with the team.
- Tools: Must provide your own basic safety gear (steel-toed boots, work gloves) or be willing to obtain them.
