Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades with material delivery
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read basic blueprints and follow site manager instructions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily progress reports for project supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions
- No prior experience required – training provided
