Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and demolition
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled tradespersons (carpenters, masons, welders)
- Read blueprints and project specifications
- Complete daily progress reports
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training offered)
