Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in building structures, roads, and facilities
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Complete basic site preparation tasks
- Assist in demolition and cleanup operations
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of construction tools preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check
