Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand tools
- Assist skilled tradespersons with site preparation and cleanup operations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Assist in erecting scaffolding and temporary structures
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
