Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills)

- Follow OSHA safety protocols and regulations
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup
- Read and interpret basic blueprints
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic construction experience preferred

- Ability to work in all weather conditions
