Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction activities on-site.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision when necessary.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Support excavation, framing, and finishing tasks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow verbal instructions.
