Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Perform site-specific tasks including excavation support and debris removal
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) in all weather
- Basic math skills for material measurement and task tracking
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
