Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic tools (shovels, drills, saws) safely
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read simple instructions and collaborate with team members
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and carrying
- Report hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly

- Reliable transportation to job sites
