Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts
- Inspect electrical components for safety and compliance with OSHA/NFPA standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using test equipment
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades
- Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes
- Manage inventory and tool maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid Texas electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficient with conduit bending, transformers, and VFD systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible to work weekends/after-hours as needed
