Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support experienced team members with residential and commercial wiring projects.
- Site Preparation: Prepare work areas by gathering materials and tools as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Basic Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on electrical systems under supervision.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize tools and equipment in a clean and safe manner.
- Blueprint Reading: Learn to interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and homeowners during project execution.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn the trade and a positive attitude are required.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must hold a valid, clean driver’s license for job-related travel.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Communication Skills: Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- High School Diploma: Preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
