Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior team members in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations and repairs.
- Learn Safety Protocols: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize electrical materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Basic Wiring & Testing: Gain hands-on experience with wiring circuits, reading blueprints, and using testing equipment.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on company vehicles and power tools.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with little to no experience who are eager to learn.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations.
- Communication Skills: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for scheduled shifts.
