Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding progress and safety protocols.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician license in New York State.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
