- Lead emergency response for critical electrical failures during night hours
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Texas Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with conduit bending, transformers, and VFD systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical networks
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure night shift environments
