Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and California state regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Collaborate with contractors and clients for project coordination
- Perform safety inspections and documentation
- Train junior electricians on best practices
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, clamp meters)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility for evening/weekend emergency calls
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
