Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead project teams and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Train apprentices and mentor junior electricians
Qualifications
- Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, motor controls, and PLC systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights/enclosed spaces
