Responsibilities
- Install and maintain residential/commercial electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Conduct safety inspections and troubleshoot faults
- Assist senior electricians with complex projects
- Adhere to OSHA and NEC standards
- Use diagnostic tools and electrical equipment
- Document work progress and materials used
- Participate in ongoing skills training
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Willingness to obtain electrical license within 6 months
- Team player with excellent communication skills
