Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Install new plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Perform emergency services for burst pipes and drainage issues
- Ensure compliance with Michigan building codes and safety regulations
- Maintain detailed service reports and inventory management
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with valid Michigan state license
- Expert knowledge of residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- CPR certification preferred
