Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with excavation, demolition, and site preparation
- Load/unload materials and operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators)
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to maintain project timelines
- Perform concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to resolve on-site challenges
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic blueprint reading and tool operation skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
