Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean sites
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Load/unift equipment and materials
- Perform concrete work, framing, and demolition
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Pre-employment drug screening required
- Texas residents must have valid state certifications
