Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks per blueprints
- Operate heavy equipment safely (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts)
- Construct foundations, walls, and structural frameworks
- Install utilities (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) under supervision
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant job sites
- Collaborate with skilled trades and project managers
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Class A or B CDL license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic math and blueprint reading skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Drug-free workplace compliance
