Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including water heaters, faucets, toilets, and pipelines
- Install new plumbing fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems for residential properties
- Perform emergency plumbing services with rapid response times
- Provide accurate estimates and transparent pricing to customers
- Maintain service vehicles and plumbing tools in optimal condition
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain customer records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid Arizona Plumbing Journeyman or Master license required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service skills with professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs daily
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screening required
