Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential/commercial electrical systems
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and Colorado electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead project teams on complex installations and renovations
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
- Coordinate with contractors and building inspectors
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado electrical license (Journeyman/Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with industrial/commercial systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
