Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (leaks, clogs, water heaters)
- Install new plumbing fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems
- Perform emergency service calls with 24/7 availability
- Inspect plumbing systems and ensure compliance with NYC building codes
- Estimate project costs and provide clear quotes to customers
- Maintain service vehicles and tools in optimal condition
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Plumber's License (Class 1/2/3)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Emergency response experience preferred
