Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate project execution
- Ensure full compliance with NEC and Massachusetts electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead small crews on residential renovation projects
- Manage inventory and material requisitions for job sites
- Provide detailed documentation for completed work
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years field experience in residential/commercial electrical work
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with conduit bending, troubleshooting, and panel upgrades
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
