Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and industry techniques
- Perform emergency repairs during after-hours and weekends (on-call rotation)
- Ensure all work complies with local Houston plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials/supplies efficiently
- Provide clear estimates and maintain detailed service reports
- Mentor junior plumbers during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber license required
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience in Houston metro area
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and permit processes
- Proficient in trenchless pipe repair and camera inspection systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Spanish language skills highly valued
