Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Respond to emergency night shift calls with rapid diagnosis and effective solutions
- Perform preventative maintenance checks to ensure system longevity and compliance
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service schedules and optimize efficiency
- Document work orders, parts usage, and customer interactions in our digital tracking system
- Adhere to safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience with night shift or emergency service background
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (Class A or B) and EPA 608 certification
- Proficiency in diagnosing complex issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude and tool expertise
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible night/weekend hours
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
