Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water lines, drainage, and gas piping.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of pipe systems.
- Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
- Test pipes for leaks using pressure testing equipment and repair as necessary.
- Perform emergency repairs and routine maintenance with minimal downtime.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and provide clear solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in the State of Arizona.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle for job site travel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina for lifting and working in various conditions.
