Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency repairs during off-hours and weekends
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead apprenticeship training and quality assurance checks
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Provide detailed reports for project documentation and client communication
Qualifications
- Valid NYC Master Plumber License (required)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience in metropolitan areas
- Expert knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and regulations
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
