Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform preventative maintenance on residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics for complex projects
- Ensure all work complies with Texas plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service with clear communication and professional recommendations
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for job completion
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater installation
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
