Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting on complex electrical circuits and machinery
- Comply with NEC codes and safety protocols for night operations
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and preventative maintenance
- Document all work using digital maintenance management systems
- Respond to emergency electrical outages during shift hours
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- 3+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and NFPA standards
- Ability to read complex blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and testing equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability for 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
