Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems including lighting, HVAC controls, and power distribution
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform emergency repairs during critical facility outages
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior electricians on advanced techniques
- Manage inventory and material ordering for assigned projects
- Document all work with detailed reports and digital records
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with 277V systems and industrial controls
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with multimeters and diagnostic tools
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license with clean record
