Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance during night shift hours
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Install and repair water heaters, boilers, and HVAC plumbing systems
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for residential/commercial projects
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and maintain service vehicles for optimal efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Colorado plumbing license and journeyman certification
- Strong expertise in trenchless pipe repair and video inspection
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Physical stamina for confined space work and heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Emergency response experience preferred
