Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, pipe installations, and fixture replacements during night shifts
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Service commercial properties and residential buildings during after-hours
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and local plumbing codes
- Maintain accurate service logs and inventory reports
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Respond to emergency calls within 45 minutes dispatch time
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State Plumber's License
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for water/sewer line issues
- Must possess reliable transportation and tools
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, weekends, and holidays
