Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems during night shifts
- Diagnose complex pipe bursts, leaks, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency repairs on water heaters, boilers, and sewer lines
- Ensure compliance with Washington State plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Document service reports and maintain digital work order systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Provide exceptional customer communication during after-hours emergencies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with night shift/after-hours work history
- Valid Washington State Plumbing License (PL01 or higher)
- OSHA 10 certification and confined space entry training
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and backflow prevention
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces/attics
- Strong troubleshooting skills with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with digital service dispatch systems (e.g., ServiceTitan)
