Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential/commercial settings
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and provide efficient solutions for leaks, clogs, and pipe failures
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure code-compliant installations
- Respond to emergency calls during night shifts with minimal downtime
- Conduct preventative maintenance to extend system lifespans
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver seamless service experiences
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of materials
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia state plumbing license (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proven expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification and familiarity with EPA regulations
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools (pipe cameras, leak detectors)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
